Trees and paths placed on a parcel in the site designer

Map trees, guilds and paths

Place fruit trees, other trees, and paths on the property map, measured in feet. Guild and companion relationships live in the plant catalog, with the species you add — a record of which plants go together, kept next to the trees on the plan.

Planting windows for your zone

Planting dates follow US hardiness zones. Enter the zone for the property and the calendar shows sow, transplant, and harvest windows for what you are putting in.

Recurring care: pruning, mulching, watering

You name the care and how often it repeats. A task can be pruning, mulching, or watering, on a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly cadence, assigned to your household. The email digest reminds you while that task is still open.

Track what it costs to establish

A project holds a target budget and the costs you record against it. Log the tools in the equipment ledger, and log supplies — mulch, seed, and nursery stock — in the consumables tracker.
